I love this Mr. Rogers sweater. A fashion statement perfect for Mr. Rogers.
What a beautiful day in the neighborhood…
The latest victim of a yarn bombing is this Mr Rogers statue in Pittsburgh. Anyone who grew up watching this children’s television icon knows that each afternoon he came in the door and swapped his suit jacket for a lovely cardigan, so this couldn’t be more perfect.

Love it! Mister Rogers was the best!
When I was a little kid, I used to feel slightly panicked every time he changed his sweater and shoes on the show. I was always worried that he wouldn’t be able to finish before he was done singing his song. I was on the edge of my seat. Every. Single. Time. My anxiety and OCD tendencies surfaced rather early in life. 🙂
He was the best! I am OCD in the kitchen. When anyone tries to cook for me I am in there like a dirty shirt telling them how to do it to my specifications. Drives them crazy. 🙂 Can’t help it!
Thanks for re-blogging. I’m glad other yarnies appreciated it as much as I did.
Your welcome. I just loved seeing the red sweater on Mr.Rogers. Thanks for sharing it!
