INTARSIA ROSE Fingerless Gloves…Knitting Pattern!

Introducing the new Intarsia Rose Fingerless Gloves Knitting Pattern. This is just a quick note, I will add more later, to let you all know I am starting to self publish some of my designs that will including new ones as shown here and some of my past designs.

My inspiration for the Intarsia Rose Fingerless Gloves comes to me as Spring approaches and my desire to replace the white snow with beautiful flowers growing in near by gardens. The rose is one of my favourite flowers as you can see by my various designs. There are so many different roses to enjoy, stop and take a moment to heed the sights and aroma of your local flowers. Now you can enjoy roses year round with the Intarsia Rose Fingerless Gloves. Make them in a cool cotton for the warmer days and add the warmth of merino wool or other fibres in cooler days as you wait for the roses to bloom again. I hope you enjoy knitting this design.

I used Diamond Yarns Luxury Fine Merino Wool in the Aran weight for this design. This wonderful yarn comes in many beautiful colours and is one of my favourite merino wools to work with. On the pink rose I also used a beautiful yarn by Sweetgeorgia Yarns called Merino Silk Aran in the Rosebud colour way. Both of these yarns compliment each other well in texture and colours.

You can purchase this pattern on my etsy store at https://www.etsy.com/ca/listing/183229804/intarsia-rose-fingerless-gloves-knitting
or Ravelry at: http://www.ravelry.com/people/vbabdesign

I will be posting more of my knitting and crochet patterns in the near future. Have a wonderful day and be inspired today.

  1. I love these!! I’m slowly getting better at knitting, and as soon as I learn how to do color changes, I will probably purchase this pattern from you. I’d love to make them. Lovely work as always!

    1. Thanks very much Hannah! Keep practising it will come! Check out some of Kaffe Fassett’s techniques and Brandon Mably their techniques are my favourite.
