The Waffle Ribbed Neck Warmer scarf crochet pattern adds a cozy warmth to your wardrobe adding a perfect scarf accent to adorn their favourite coat, sweater or T shirt. EASY TO CROCHET PATTERN. The design adds a contemporary yet classic feel to your wardrobe. I used Malabrigo Sock yarn for the photo’s. You can use most sock or fingerling weight yarns to make it. A great design for men and woman that is easy to crochet. More information about the pattern is on the websites listed above.

Designed with sock/fingerling weight yarn so you can wear it in most seasons. The Waffle Ribbed scarf can also be made in a solid colour, multiple colours on each row, two toned colours, hand painted yarns to suit your wardrobe and style.

I was inspired to design a scarf that would be great for both men and woman to wear that wasn’t too big and bulky but would add a lovely warmth. The waffle ribbed texture adds an additional feature to the design and extra warmth even though you are using a finer sock weight or fingerling weight yarn. I chose to use the Malabrigo Sock yarn this time as it is a wonderful and luxrious yarn that is 100% merino wool. The colours are a true enjoyment to crochet with. In the photo’s I used Abril colour way for the purple/blue scarf and the Indecitia colour way for the green/purple/blue/yellow scarf. You can use most sock weight yarns for this design just make sure you make a quick gauge test to see if you need to change your hook size.
